What is an “active” employee?
An “active” employee is any user that is assigned a Pay Period of:
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Semi-Monthly
- Monthly
An “inactive” employee is anyone that is assigned a Pay Period of:
- Terminated
- Inactive
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Absolutely not.
We strive to make our plans as simple and transparent as possible.
We charge a monthly base fee of:
$19.95 for 1-99 Employees
+ $6.00 per Active Employee
$99.95 for 100 or more Employees
+ $5.00 per Active Employee
What about employees on salary?
Salaried employees can easily track their time too!
When submitting timesheets for payroll, their fixed salary overrides the hours worked, ensuring their pay remains unaffected.
What if my employees are seasonal?
To avoid fees for seasonal employees, go to their Employee Profile and set the Pay Period to “Inactive”.
You may change their Pay Period at any time if you wish for them to continue working again.
Do you offer an annual subscription?
No. Due to the dynamic nature of employee schedules across a wide variety of industries, we only offer monthly subscriptions at this time.

- From the Main menu, navigate to: Timesheets → Timesheet Summary page.
- Click on Submit Timesheets.

Billing
How do I control the billing?
Setting up billing controls is very easy:
- Add your payment information in the Billing section to activate the subscription.
- Disable other managers (admin accounts) from accessing the page – in the SETUP menu, go to USERS, then MANAGERS, and edit the manager permissions.
