When you first access the mobile app you will need to log into ProClock.
You will use the email address your manager used when creating your ProClock account and the password that was assigned to you. For the mobile application you will use the individual mode on your smartphone. If you are using a company device it maybe set for group mode to allow multiple employees to enter punches on one device.
